November Meeting Topic:  taxes, Taxes, TAXES!!!!!

Overview of tax concepts related to Real Estate Professionals & Rental Property Owners

 
Tracy DeBacco Balton, CPA - Senior Tax Director with the local firm Certified Public Accounting firm of Cannon Wright Blount and the accountant for the Memphis Investors Group, will be sharing tax strategies for the investor.  What can you still do to lower your taxes for 2014?  How can you prepare for 2015?  Do you enjoy paying taxes?  Would you like to pay less?  Come to the membership meeting this month and learn how to save some money.

In addition to Tracy, shuld time permit, Richard Scarbrough and Jim Keller will be giving pointers on efficient and effective record keeping.  This will include Richard's driving log.
 
You do NOT want to miss this meeting.  It will put money in your pocket.

Our early bird focus groups begin promptly at 6:00 and this month will be ‘Getting Started’ hosted by John Robertson.  
 
The second session will be "Property Insurance 101:  Protecting your Assets"’ hosted by Lynn & Troy McDonald.
