Harlan Vaughn

Harlan Vaughn has been a real estate investor since 2025. As of Summer 2026, he owns four rentals, one commercial building, one short‑term rental, and several lots with future build potential. He is currently developing another commercial building and planning additional long‑term and short‑term rental projects.

Before becoming an investor, Harlan spent more than a decade as a Realtor in New York and Dallas, helping hundreds of clients navigate two very different real estate markets.

Originally from the Memphis area, Harlan returned home in 2023 and quickly dove into investing. His current projects span Midtown Memphis, Whitehaven, and West Memphis.

Harlan specializes in creative deal finding, properties needing extensive updates, and the occasional flip. He is licensed as a residential contractor in Arkansas, with reciprocal agreements in Mississippi and Tennessee.

This is Harlan's first time serving on a nonprofit board, and he looks forward to sharing the journey with you and continuing to grow as an investor.
