The Coronavirus pandemic saw the U.S. plunge in to the deepest (but fortunately shortest) recession seen in our lives.  The resulting economic shutdown created uncertainty in the demand for properties, vacancy and collection levels and ultimately the value of residential and commercial properties and transaction volume. Join this session to discover how the pandemic has impacted and will continue to impact the real estate market.
