Pablo Pereyra is the Principal Broker of 901 REALTORS, a successful Tennessee Real Estate company and an active member in the National Association of Realtors®. 

He holds national recognition in Diversity & Inclusion (AHWD), a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) and as a Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR.)  Certifications in  Real Estate Negotiations (RENE), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).  He has been part of the Memphis' Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC) for the last 4 consecutive years. 
 

   
He is active in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) serving as a MAAR Board of Director, 2021-2022.  He has previously served in it's Governmental Affairs & Grievance Committees.  He has a wealth of experience, not only as a Realtor® but has been a Banker with Regions Bank, a Certified Dale Carnegie Training Instructor-Performance Consultant, College Professor & Mortgage Banker, and still maintains his NMLS licensing for Mortgage/Private Money Lending. 

You may hear him weekly on the radio show Abriendo Puertas™ (Opening Doors) , a Spanish format live talk-show about personal finances, investing and real estate, each Wednesday 2-3pm in the local airwaves. 

Pablo earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from Evangel University, in Springfield, MO, and is very active in his church and serves, with his wife, in the  engaged/newly married couple ministry.
 
He also also served as a Board of Directors, including but not limited to, the Memphis Investors Group (Memphis Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association), Down Syndrome Association of the Mid-South, Shepherd Film Academy and the Shelby County HRA (Hispanic Alliance).
 
With his wife, he is the proud father of five (5) children (and yes, that's no typo!)
