The MIG Corporate Sponsorship Program is for businesses that believe in and support the mission and purpose of MIG. It is designed to enable small and large businesses to cast your product or service before the main stream of active, Memphis-area Real Estate Investors in an extremely effective, dynamic way.
There are two (2) different levels of MIG Corporate Sponsorship, each varying by cost and benefits.
Silver Sponsorship
Investment in Your Business: $800/Year (as of July 15, 2021)
This level of Corporate Sponsorship is our most cost-effective way to get your products, services or information out to our membership base on a consistent basis. This is basically an “advertising” package for businesses who want to support MIG and market your products and services to our members, but perhaps cannot afford or simply do not have the need for some of the more dynamic aspects of the Gold-level Sponsorship.
Benefits of Silver-level Sponsorship include:
- Your company name and phone number listed in a directory of Corporate Sponsors. This directory can be found 1) On our website in the “Sponsors” area, and 2) in the monthly MIG e-newsletter. This newsletter is emailed out to our membership and about 2,000 email subscribers each month.
- Two (2) MIG memberships that are transferable to anyone in your company.
- Consistent advertising space (currently approximately 1/8 page or business card-size) in our monthly MIG members' newsletter.

Gold Sponsorship
Investment in Your Business: $2000/Year (as of July 15, 2021)
If you are truly serious about marketing products / services to the Memphis Real Estate Investment Community, then without question the Gold-level Corporate Sponsor is for you!
So much more than just an advertising package, the Gold Sponsor is provided with opportunity after opportunity to make sure their message gets heard by our members.
Benefits of Gold-level Sponsorship include:
- 30 Second Sponsor Spotlight: opportunity to give a 30-second elevator speech highlighting your company's products or services at every Thursday MIG Monthly Meeting.
- Corporate Sponsor Listing: Your company name and phone number will be listed in our exclusive sponsors' directory in the monthly MIG newsletter – emailed to all members monthly as well as over 2,000 email subscribers and archived on the Memphis Investors Group website.
- Use of MIG Sponsors Table to place promotional information* (flyers, brochures, pamphlets, products, etc.) at all MIG monthly meetings where we have room for sponsor tables.
- Four (4) MIG memberships that are transferable to anyone in your company.
- Deluxe Newsletter Advertising: Gold Sponsors get a deluxe sized ad (currently a ½ page ad) in each edition of our monthly MIG members' newsletter for the duration of your Sponsorship;
- Deluxe Online Advertisement: A complimentary banner ad in the public “yellow pages” section of our members' website: www.MemphisInvestorsGroup.com.
As a Gold-level Sponsor, you have the exclusive option to have your own dynamic banner ad placed here. This benefit alone is without question worth THOUSANDS of dollars!
- Gold Sponsor Display: opportunity to solely display your products and/or services in the Sponsor Room during the Monthly MIG meeting.
- Early Bird Special: If desired, you may lead an educational discussion at an Early Bird Session if your company has benefits for the membership as a whole. Present your educational topic to the board for approval and scheduling. We generally schedule a year in advance, however, due to cancellations, an opening may occur sooner.
- Exclusivity! No more than two (2) sponsors of "like kind" allowed at this level in order to preserve excellent value for our Gold-Level Sponsors.
