This year our seminar will bring you a refresher on ongoing tax laws plus changes to the tax rules and regulations we discussed last year. We will look closely at the laws that affect you as a real estate investor, flipper and/or rental owner.

Our federal tax code is made up of 74,608 pages, 2,412,000 words and Federal Tax Regulations that contain 7,655,000 words. And even worse, tax laws are in a constant state of flux, changing almost daily. Come and let us help you zero in on those that will help you the most.

In addition to our tax update, we are going to help you understand basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks data entry. We want to help you learn to make general journal entries, record the purchases of your properties, loans, etc. that are beyond writing checks and making deposits.

Hope to see you Saturday, December 10th!
