This is one of the highlights of the Saturday Workshop Schedule. Come learn how to evaluate a deal. Holly Swogger, and Jeremy Veldman will be leading the program. This will include both classroom training and a trip to the field to put the classroom work into practice. Learn what to look for when evaluating properties and how to determine what to offer.

The Deals Tours are a long-standing MIG offering that is widely viewed by those attending as one of the most beneficial educational opportunities available to MIG members and guests because it provides a unique, hands-on opportunity to visit and talk with several MIG members who are actually “making it happen” on a day-in, day-out basis with their properties in the Memphis area. Best of all, this isn’t something you’ll see on television, it’s real, it’s what is happening, and it is what is happening here and now in the current market.
